Other important places are the National Palace, the archaeological ruins of the Templo Mayor, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Monument and Museum of the Revolution, local artisan markets and excellent areas for walking.

 

In the Bosque de Chapultepec (25 minutes by taxi) you can visit the National Museum of Anthropology, the largest and most important museum in Mexico, in that area you are also invited to visit the Museum of History of Mexico, inside the Royal Castle of Chapultepec.

 

Most museums are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

In the south of Mexico, about 35 minutes by car, is the Frida Kahlo Museum, one of the most visited in recent years. It is preferable to buy tickets in advanced.
